"On a sunny August afternoon, Sue Norfolk, Julia Wass, Jenny Martin and Emma Forrest met Angela Osborne for a socially distanced cuppa at Penlee Museum Cafe. Sue presented Angela with the County Standard brooch and the Region Thanks badge for her services to the County and her Division.
