Pricing and booking.
County Campsite Carwynnen is open all year round, to all members of Girlguiding, Scouts, uniformed organisations, charitable groups and other youth organisations including schools/educational and Duke of Edinburgh groups for overnight/residential stays and day bookings. Carwynnen is also open to external groups and organisations e.g. walking groups, arts groups, forest school etc.
**Please note all external groups will need their own Public Liability Insurance.
Pricing 2024
All prices quoted are for sole use of the site.

Camping:
£5.00 per night per person for Girlguiding members.
£6.00 per night per person for Scouts, uniformed organisations, charitable groups and other youth organisations including schools/educational and Duke of Edinburgh groups.
£7.00 per night per person for all other users.

​Daily session hire:
£15 per session for up to 30 people. Over 30 people add 50p per person per session.
Session times are:
9am -1pm
1pm-5pm
5pm-11pm

Electricity:
Everyone is required to pay £0.80 per unit of electricity used.

Deposit:
A deposit of £30 is required when the booking for camping is confirmed.
How to make a booking

Please look through the calendar to see if the date you require is free. If a previous booking covers more than one day the times shown are the start time on the first day and the end time on the last day.

Click "Book now" and complete the booking form.

Once your booking form has been received the Carwynnen booking secretary will be in touch to secure your booking and collect your deposit, if required.
