15 members of Constantine Guides and Rangers had a fantastic time camping at Carwynnen campsite over May half term.
The camp was a mixture of traditional Guide camp where the girls cooked their own food on wood fires each evening, made their own camp gadgets and sang around the evening campfire.
Alongside this the theme for the camp was 'festival' so the girls decorated bucket hats, tie dyed t-shirts, and made festival lanterns. Swamp Circus came for an afternoon and taught the girls a variety of circus skills including building a human pyramid at the end of the session!
The final night ended with a silent disco and festival food. The camp couldn't have happened without the planning and organisation of Ruth, Lucy and Jo plus the loan of the tents from 10th Falmouth Guides! We can't wait for next year.
