About the Event
The day will consist of adventurous activities on the water, on the ground or climbing plus a workshop with Region Peer Educators around MH and wellbeing plus a silent disco after the evening meal plus other random/optional activities . Leaders will also get a workshop on MH and well being too.
For those unit who wish to stay over night this can be an option and more details will be given if you wish to do this.
